General Terms
Bryton Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Within this limited warranty period, Bryton will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any component that fails in normal use at no charge to the customer for parts or labor.
- All replaced faulty products or components will become the property of Bryton Inc.
- Repaired or replaced parts shall continue to be warranted for the remaining time of the original one-year warranty period, or for 90 days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.
Proof of Purchase & Eligibility
To obtain warranty service, a valid Proof of Purchase (an original or copy of the sales receipt from https://us.brytonsport.com/ or an authorized North American retailer) is required.

Bryton Inc. will not provide warranty services or replace missing components for products purchased through unauthorized online auctions or from Independent Bicycle Dealers (IBDs) located outside the North America region.

Bryton Inc. reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products or services that are obtained and/or used in contravention of the laws of any country.
What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)
This Limited Warranty strictly does not apply to:

Accidental Damage & Misuse: Damage caused by drops, crashes, abuse, fire, acts of nature, or improper installation.

Water Damage: Water damage resulting from failing to securely close the USB weather cap/cover before riding in wet conditions.

Cosmetic Damage: Physical damage to the surface, including but not limited to scratches and dents.

Consumables: Consumable parts, such as batteries and heart rate belts, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

Unauthorized Repair & Accessories: Damage caused by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Bryton Inc., or damage caused by using parts, mounts, and accessories not from Bryton.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
> Step 1: Initiate a Request
Please contact our support team at support_us@brytonsport.com with a description of the issue (relevant photos/videos) and your Proof of Purchase.
> Step 2: Shipping Expenses
The defective product must be delivered by the purchaser at his/her own expense to the designated Bryton Support Center together with the Proof of Purchase.
> Step 3: Data Backup Warning
Please back up all data and remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information from the device before returning it for service. Bryton Inc. is not responsible for any damage to or loss of data.
Limitation of Liability
To the full extent allowed by law, Bryton Inc. and its suppliers, affiliates, and agents are not liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages; or damages relating to lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, personal injury, or any inability to use the product. The foregoing applies even if Bryton Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such losses. Bryton products are intended to be used as personal aids and must not be used for precise measurement of direction, location, distance, or topography. Bryton makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of map data.

Battery Warnings
- Do not leave the device exposed to a heat source or in a high temperature.
- Do not puncture or incinerate.
- Do not attempt to remove the non-user-replaceable battery.
- Do not operate the device outside of the temperature range: -4 to 131oF (-20 to 55oC).
- Store within the following temperature range for an extended time: 32 to 77oF (0 to 25oC)
- Properly recycle or dispose of the device or battery.

Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions.
