Get on the ride, try on Bryton. We want you to love your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days from the date of receiving for a full refund of the product price.

  1. Purchases Made Directly on https://us.brytonsport.com/ Only. The following policy strictly applies only to products purchased through this website. Bryton USA does not accept returns of products purchased through an Independent Bicycle Dealer (IBD), Amazon, or other distributors. Please contact the original seller to proceed with a refund or exchange.

  2. Standard Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must remain in a like-new, resalable condition.

    • Complete Packaging: It must include all original packaging, manuals, mounts, cables, and accessories.

    • Sanitation Exception: For safety and hygiene reasons, the Heart Rate Monitor cannot be refunded after being worn or used.

    • Condition Check & Restocking Fee: Bryton reserves the right to reject the refund request if the product is damaged (including cosmetic damage like scratches or crash impacts). Items returned with missing accessories or visible signs of  wear may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%) or sent back to you.

    • Serial Number Verification: All Bryton products have their Serial Numbers (SN) recorded upon shipment. Returned items must match the original SN dispatched to your order. Fraudulent returns will be rejected.

  3. Return Shipping Costs & Risk

    • Buyer's Remorse (Change of Mind): If you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind, your only cost for returning the item(s) is the cost of shipping it back to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers assume the risk of loss or damage to returned products in transit to the Bryton Support Center, so we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

    • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you believe the item you received is defective out of the box or incorrect, Bryton USA will cover the return shipping by providing a pre-paid return shipping label.

    • Inspection & Verification: To authorize a defective return, our support team will simply require a brief description of the issue. Please note that all items returned as defective will be tested upon arrival at our warehouse. If the returned item is inspected and found to be fully functional, or if the damage is determined to be caused by user error/misuse, the cost of the pre-paid return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund, and a restocking fee may apply.

  4. The RMA Process (How to Return): Please do not send your purchase back to the Bryton Support Center without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, as it will be rejected.

> Step 1: Request an RMA
Contact our support team at support_us@brytonsport.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
> Step 2: Pack and Ship
Once approved, we will email you an RMA number and the return address. Pack the item safely and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
> Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
